From the kitchens...
We have the honor and blessing to have Nello da Venezia and his team with preparing food for our enjoyment.
To enable the Dancers to be able to sustain their dancing for all of the hours of classes there will be provided foul and soup in the main hall starting at the noon hour.
Before the vesper hours of the Ball there will be a light meal that is planned to consist of beefstake and hare. In order to start on time please reserve tables upon your arrival at the event.
There will be options for those of vegetarian tastes. For those with any dietary needs please email Nello da Venezia with any needs
We will be looking for the help of those willing to assist in the cleanup of the kitchen after the feast or at the end of the ball.
